Consumer direction
What Consumer Directed Services means.
Consumer Directed Services helps eligible Missouri participants direct authorized in-home support. Program eligibility, service scope, and authorizations are determined through the applicable Missouri program process.
Keepers Legacy’s planned role
After authorization, Keepers Legacy may provide approved administrative support for payroll, timekeeping, documentation, privacy, reporting, and communication processes.

- Choose and direct supportThe participant identifies an attendant and provides direction and supervision as allowed by the approved service plan.
- Use approved timekeeping and communication processesServices, payroll, and billing must not begin until all required clearances, documentation, training, and system readiness steps are complete.
