Important

This is not a caregiver job application or an employment offer. In consumer-directed services, the participant selects, trains, directs, and supervises the attendant. Keepers Legacy is preparing to support the approved administrative and fiscal-management process after authorization.

What onboarding may involve after authorization.

Exact steps, forms, screenings, and system requirements will be verified against the current program instructions before any services or payroll begin.

  1. Participant identifies an attendantThe participant identifies a candidate and remains responsible for directing the service relationship within the authorized plan.
  2. Program requirements are confirmedKeepers Legacy will confirm the participant’s authorization and the current program rules before collecting onboarding documents or making commitments.
  3. Required documentation and orientation are completedOnly the documents, acknowledgments, screening, training, and identity requirements approved by the current program will be used.
  4. Timekeeping and start-date readiness are verifiedServices, payroll, and billing may begin only after all requirements are complete and the authorized start date is confirmed.
